I photograph the people. It’s always been about people for me. Give me people and I’m happy. Even if you plonk me at the Grand Canyon with a camera I’ll feel a little incomplete. I’ll always want to incorporate people in it somewhere.
Thats probably why I love Weddings so much. It’s all the things I love about people crammed into one room and diluted with Gin. It’s a couple in love, kids covered in cake, proud parents, grannies with a tissue shoved up their sleeve, uncles with a camera getting in the way (nearly always), random relatives your mum made you invite, girls from Uni, lads from work, Dave from the pub, they’re all little bits of the puzzle that make every occasion it’s own special shin-dig.
